Canoeing Ireland in partnership with Cycling Ireland, Irish Surfing, Irish Sailing & Mountaineering Ireland are hosting a MNÁ (Mentor Network for Adventurers) event in the Tullamore Court Hotel on Saturday, 2nd March from 10:00 to 17:30. 

The keynote speaker for the event will be the inspirational Dr Karen Weekes, who became the first Irish female to row solo and unsupported 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean. Karen is an adventurer and sport psychologist. Her academic research explored motivations and cognitive coping strategies of elite ultra-endurance athletes. Karen’s specialism is applying this knowledge into people’s lives within business, sport and everyday living.
