Cllr Robert Mc Dermott, Chair of Offaly Sports Partnership, this week announced that 30 clubs in Offaly are to benefit from its club development grant scheme 2023. The total fund available across this year’s grant scheme was €15,000.
Announcing the funding Cllr Mc Dermott said,
“the importance of sport for people’s physical and mental health can never be under estimated. We are pleased to be able to support clubs looking to develop their clubs into the future.
We are very grateful to Sport Ireland for approving this funding in our annual budget”.
